Instructions for Worship – Please read carefully

For those worshiping at the 8:45 AM OUTDOOR Worship in person:

• As you enter the drive on Sunday, you can pick up from the Greeter Station a printed bulletin, communion kit, children’s worship bag and drop off your communion.
• If you are sitting outside your car remember to bring chairs or a blanket.
• If you are staying in your car, you can tune your radio to 91.1 FM or 1240 AM to hear the service.

For those worshiping at the 10:45 AM INDOOR Worship in person:

• Worshipers will only be able to enter the church building after 10:30 am.
• All worshippers must wear mask fully covering their nose and mouth for the entirety of time in the church building.
• Greeters/ushers will be stationed outside the front of the church where you can drop off offering and receive communion elements and a bulletin.
• Friends and family may choose to sit together but unless this is known, physical distancing is requested when finding a seat for worship.
• Following worship, fellowship will be held outside.


Important COVID-19 Information

At all Worship and Gatherings at Shepherd of the Hills…

  • OUTDOORS unvaccinated persons are asked to wear masks.
  • INDOORS all persons are asked to wear masks.
  • Physical distancing is requested out of respect for others.
  • All persons are asked to stay home when experiencing any symptoms of COVID (please see below).

By RSVPing and attending worship in person or any function at or of the church, you acknowledge that you agree to the following:

You…

  • are not currently isolating after a positive COVID test or have been asked to quarantine due to exposure to someone testing positive to COVID-19
  • are not caring for someone who has tested positive for COVID
  • are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID as noted from the CDC daily Home Screening Student Checklist – July 2020
  • have not knowingly been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID recently.

If any of these apply please remain at home.
