Bible Backstory – A totally new study of the Bible!

Bible Backstory Returns – Bible Backstory is… back! Our popular Bible overview course, usually taught Sundays during the Sunday School hour, will now be available online. If you’ve been in this year’s class all along, you can pick up right where we left off with Session 19a. If you hadn’t been part of the class but would like to join in, Dale’s put together four Review sessions (about 30 minutes each) which will summarize the Old Testament sessions for you. One or two new sessions (also about 30 minutes each) will be posted weekly.
Please ask any questions or comments in the comments section on YouTube. It’s a good way to really understand the Bible – give it a try!

How the Bible is structured; Free will and sin; Creation stories; Early Genesis

Bible Back Story – Review Session 2

Bible Back Story – Review Session 3

Stephen Ministry

A caring ministry of Shepherd of the Hills. Members participate in 40 hours of training to provide one-on-one help. They lend a confidential and attentive ear to people in our congregation and community who are experiencing challenges in life. Stephen Ministers meet once or twice each month to continue learning and provide support to fellow Stephen Ministers.

To request a Stephen Minister, or to receive information about the program or training, please contact Pastor Darcy or a Stephen Ministry Leader via the Church Administrator at admin@sothva.org.
