Sunday School In-Person and Outdoors this FALL 2020

Smiles, stories from the Bible, interaction with friends and caring adults, praying with others, drawing and games:  All these things are important to the faith and life of young people and can be experienced this fall 2020 as the weather holds at Shepherd of the Hills!   Students and adult leaders are required to wear masks and 6 feet social distance.  Children are asked to bring blankets on which to sit.

Parents, please fill out the Sunday school registration, drop it off at church, and/or send it to SOTH’s church administrator at “normal” times, Sunday school takes place from 9:15 am – 10:15 am throughout the school year and is a wonderful way to build friendships with peers and caring, trusted adults. In addition, children experience God’s love through reading the Bible, hearing stories, and making connections between faith and life.

Vacation Bible School 2020

Thanks to all who participated in VBS ToGo this summer, a 5-week ministry where families picked up kits full of crafts and games and received emails with videos, songs, and Bible lessons to do at home.  Every Friday, students were invited to gather on Zoom to share their craft creations, a devotional by Pastor Darcy, and pray together.
